Customer Acquisition - Internship


About the internship:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Reply to WhatsApp DMs and customer queries
Follow up with customers for orders, payments, addresses, and other details
Coordinate with the courier team after dispatch
Handle urgent courier issues such as delays, delivery attempts, wrong addresses, etc.
Follow up with courier partners until urgent issues are resolved
Maintain proper communication with customers regarding dispatch and delivery updates
Coordinate internally with the team for any customer-related issue
Handle basic office/desk work related to customer communication
Ensure all customer messages and calls are responded to promptly and professionally
English communication and professional customer handling required

  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 22nd Aug'26 and 26th Sep'26
  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:

INR₹ 17,000 - 22,000 /month
