Own assigned processes or programs through completion and work toward measurable results. What You Need Bachelor's degree or advanced degree. Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis. Experience working in a large team or fast-paced corporate environment, or experience participating in continuous improvement projects. Experience owning work or programs from start to completion. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint. Experience with administrative work involving data entry or data-driven reporting processes. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems such as Salesforce and other business systems. At least 6 months of human resources experience.
