Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.A Denver-based breathwork facilitator is seeking an experienced Marketing VA to help establish and consistently grow the online presence of a new wellness practice. The business is in its early stages, and the immediate priority is to build a stronger social media presence, create and publish consistent content, promote upcoming breathwork events, and direct interested audiences toward the client’s website and services. The VA should be experienced enough to provide practical guidance around content planning and social media execution while working closely with the client to develop the brand’s voice and direction. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Social Media & Content Create and maintain a consistent social media content calendar Create engaging social media posts based on the client’s services, events, and brand Schedule and publish approved content Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and other appropriate platforms Repurpose content across multiple social channels Create graphics and basic visual content using Canva Write captions and supporting social media copy Help establish a consistent brand voice and visual style Recommend practical content topics and formats Organize marketing activity around upcoming events Audience Growth & Engagement Monitor comments, messages, and engagement Engage appropriately with relevant accounts and potential audiences Help increase awareness and organic follower growth Identify relevant content themes and social media opportunities Monitor basic content performance Recommend practical adjustments based on engagement and results Website & Event Support (Secondary) Make basic updates to the existing Canva website Add upcoming breathwork events and relevant information Publish or update monthly newsletter content on the website Keep website information current Assist with connecting Calendly or a similar scheduling tool to the website Help ensure social media content directs interested audiences toward the client’s website and booking options Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: Previous social media management experience required Content creation experience required Canva experience required Experience building content calendars and recurring social workflows required Organic audience-growth and engagement experience preferred Experience supporting startup, founder-led, wellness, coaching, or service businesses is a plus Basic website content-management experience preferred Calendly or similar scheduling-tool experience preferred Basic social media analytics experience preferred IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Experienced social media and digital marketing professional Creative and comfortable developing content from limited starting materials Proactive and able to provide practical direction Strong content-writing and visual-content skills Comfortable supporting a new founder-led brand Able to balance guidance with hands-on execution Organized and consistent Comfortable working independently while keeping the client involved in approvals and brand decisions APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED Canva Instagram Facebook Social Media Scheduling Tools Calendly Basic Website Management Tools TikTok / YouTube – Experience a Plus Work Schedule Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours (Hours may increase as marketing activity grows) Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing) Daily Working Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM MST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
