Pacibook is a digital reading platform that brings books and readers together across multiple languages and genres. We are expanding our network of authors and publishers and are looking for a motivated sales executive to help grow our platform. We are looking for a sales executive who can identify, approach, and onboard authors and publishers onto Pacibook. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with email and social media outreach, and have a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential authors and publishers through email, calls, LinkedIn, and social media.
2. Explain Pacibook's ( platform and benefits to prospective authors and publishers.
3. Send professional emails and conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads.
4. Build and maintain relationships with authors, publishers, and sellers.
5. Manage the complete onboarding process from lead generation to successful onboarding.
6. Maintain lead and follow-up records using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
7. Use MS Word for preparing documents and reports.
8. Use social media platforms for lead generation and outreach.
9. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding.
10. Meet assigned author/publisher acquisition targets. Reach universities/institutions and onboard them to our platform.
11. Track daily outreach, follow-ups, conversions, and onboarding activities.

Compensation:

1. Rs 20,000/month + performance-based incentives.
2. Incentives will be provided based on individual performance and successful author/publisher onboarding.
