Corporate Event Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Corporate Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from start to finish. The candidate will manage clients, vendors, budgets, event teams, and on-site operations to ensure smooth and successful events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and meetings.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives.

  • Prepare event concepts, proposals, budgets, and timelines.

  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, venues, production teams, and other service providers.

  • Manage event logistics, including venue, catering, décor, transportation, and technical arrangements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely execution of all event activities.

  • Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling at the venue.

  • Handle on-site event operations and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Monitor event budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.

  • Ensure events are delivered professionally and according to client requirements.

  • Prepare post-event reports and maintain event documentation.

  • Travel to event locations as required.
