You should be willing to learn Strategic Valuation, Synergy Analysis, Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and able to communicate clearly in writing. Personal projects, coursework, certifications or open-source contributions strengthen your application, but none of them are mandatory. Internship details This is a 4-month internship in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, with a stipend of ₹29,000 per month. You will be given a defined project so that you leave with a target valuation and synergy model used in a live evaluation. Working hours follow the team's normal business hours and the internship includes a certificate on successful completion.
