Civil Construction & Site Supervision:-</strong></p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Oversee, Plan, Supervise and manage all civil construction activities related to substation projects (including Equipment foundations, Control room Building, trenches, roads, drainage, and structural works).</li> <li>Ensure work is executed in compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and industry standards (IEC, IEEE, ASTM, etc.).</li> <li>Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards of construction.</li> <li>Coordinate with electrical and Project teams to ensure proper interface and integration with civil works.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Project Planning & Execution:-</strong></p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.</li> <li>Develop construction schedules, work plans, and material procurement strategies.</li> <li>Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.</li> <li>Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in construction activities.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Safety & Compliance:-</strong></p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for construction.</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures for construction activities.</li> <li>Enforce strict adherence to site safety procedures and environmental guidelines.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. Coordination & Communication:-</strong></p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers.</li> <li>Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.</li> <li>Prepare and submit progress reports,DPR/ WPR, documentation, and site logs etc.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>5. Quality Control & Material Management:-</strong></p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Ensure all construction materials comply with project specifications.</li> <li>Conduct quality control tests for soil, concrete, Cube tests, Design Mix validation and other civil construction materials.</li> <li>Approve material submittals and method statements before execution.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div class="body-item"> <div class="body-title" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications and Experience:-</strong></div></p> <div class="body-content"> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Diploma (or related field) from a recognized institution.</li> <li>10+ years of experience for BE, 12Gujrat] or Diploma with experience in civil construction, specifically for substation projects (66KV, 132kV, 220kV, higher is preferred).</li> <li> In-depth knowledge of Execution as per Design/ Drawings for substation Control room Building, Finishing items of Buildings, Quality foundations, cable trenches, equipment foundations, structural steelwork, drainage, and roads.<br /> Strong understanding of construction standards (IEC, IEEE, ACI, ASTM, BS, or equivalent).</li></p> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Preferred Skills:-</strong></p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or Primavera is a plus.<br /> Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE, OSHA, NEBOSH preferred).</li></p> <li>Ability to lead site teams, when posted to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and resolve construction issues.</li> <li>Good communication and reporting skills to work with Proved records of working with Site Manager/ Project manager.</li> <li>OHSAS – Preferred</li> <li>STADD– Preferred</li> <li>Certification in Concrete or Soil Testing – Preferred</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Location:-</strong></p></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Gurugram, India.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Company Overview:-</strong></p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">ib vogt, one of the world’s leading integrated PV developers, delivers superior and sustainable impact and performance.
