CNC Machinist (Milling & Turning) - 5 Days
About us
Established in 1993, we started with general machining and fabrication of spare parts. Over the years we have grown into a full-service precision engineering shop, expanding from traditional turning and milling to 4- and 5-axis CNC machining, and delivering jigs and fixture solutions tailored to our customers' needs.About the Role
We are looking for a CNC Machinist who is more than just an operator. In this role, you will be responsible for both running the machine and owning the program behind it — writing, editing, and optimising CNC code rather than simply executing what someone else wrote. You will have the authority and the responsibility to make programming decisions, improve processes, and shape how parts are made. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and can manage their own workflow without constant supervision.
Why us?
Most machine shops treat machinists as operators where you follow the program and keep the machine running. We do things differently. Here, you own the program. You decide how a part gets made, and you have the freedom to improve the process when you see a better way.
