Client Happiness Assisstant (WFH)


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client journey management:

1. Own the complete client journey from project award to handover.
2. Track every milestone and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
3. Proactively identify risks before they affect the client experience.

B. Cross-functional coordination:

1. Liaise with design, 3D, FF&E, procurement, operations, finance, and project management.
2. Ensure every department delivers according to agreed timelines.
3. Escalate delays immediately and drive timely resolution.

C. Client communication:

1. The single point of contact for the client should respond on time.
2. Provide timely updates without clients having to follow up.
3. Manage expectations with honesty and transparency.

D. Commitment & timeline management:

1. Maintain a tracker for all client commitments.
2. Follow up with internal teams until every task is completed.
3. Ensure no commitment is missed or delayed without prior approval.

E. Quality & client experience:

1. Verify deliverables before they reach the client.
2. Ensure documents, presentations, and communication meet company standards.
3. Drive a seamless, stress-free experience throughout the project.

F. Escalation & risk management:

1. Identify project risks early.
2. Coordinate corrective actions with department heads.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

G. Documentation & reporting:

1. Maintain MOMs, project trackers, approvals, and client records.
2. Record all decisions and commitments.
3. Submit project status reports.

H. Client happiness & feedback:

1. Measure client satisfaction at every milestone.
2. Resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
3. Collect testimonials, referrals, and feedback after project completion.
