- You’ll lead special projects including system migrations, M&A preparation, budget development, chart of accounts redesigns, and other strategic financial initiatives.
- You’ll prepare and review timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and management reports, providing strategic financial guidance to clients around growth, investor reporting, and compliance.
- You’ll lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals — delegating daily tasks, reviewing and approving work products for accuracy and quality, and coordinating workload across multiple client engagements.
- Your work and your team’s work will be cleanly organized in Karbon, our practice management system — a critical tool that sets everyone up for success managing work across multiple clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of overall accounting and finance experience with at least 3 years in a Controller role at a US-based public accounting firm.
