Ubayog’s mission is to unlock this value and create <strong>new income opportunities at scale</strong>, starting city by city.</p><p>We are currently expanding our <strong>city operations</strong>, with Coimbatore as a key focus market.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role: City Operations Executive – Coimbatore</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This is a <strong>field + execution-focused role</strong> responsible for building Ubayog’s presence in Coimbatore.</p><p>You will work directly with asset owners, service providers, and users to onboard them onto the platform and grow the local Ubayog community.</p><p>This role suits candidates who enjoy <strong>on-ground work, ownership, and accountability</strong>, and who want to grow with a startup from an early stage.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Onboard <strong>local asset owners and service providers</strong> (real estate, tools, machinery, vehicles, services, etc.)</li><li>Help owners <strong>list their resources on Ubayog</strong> (simple phone-based onboarding)</li><li>Onboard and activate <strong>local users</strong></li><li>Build and manage the<strong> Ubayog Coimbatore WhatsApp community</strong></li><li>Execute local activations in apartments, markets, and business areas</li><li>Track and report<strong> daily and monthly outputs</strong> (listings, users, engagement)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Based in or near <strong>Coimbatore</strong></li><li>Comfortable with<strong> field-based work and local travel</strong></li><li>Strong communication skills (Tamil required; English a plus)</li><li>Basic smartphone and app usage skills</li><li>Prior experience in field sales, operations, business development, or community building is a plus (not mandatory)</li><li>Self-driven, accountable, and execution-focused mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Fixed Salary:</strong> ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month</p><p><strong>Variable Pay:</strong> Performance-based incentives linked to:</p><ul><li>New listings onboarded</li><li>High-value resource onboarding</li><li>Successful transactions & active providers</li></ul><p>High performers typically earn <strong>₹22,000 – ₹30,000+ per month</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Perks & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible, output-based work structure</li><li>Direct exposure to startup operations and leadership</li><li>Fast learning across business, operations, and growth</li><li>Public recognition and performance rewards</li><li>Clear ownership of city-level growth</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Long-Term Growth & Benefits:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This is not a short-term role.
