Customer Support Associate – Chat/Blended (Hybrid)

Location: Kolkata ONLY (Outstation candidates will be rejected)

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC / month

  • Current Kolkata Resident: Must live in Kolkata or immediate nearby areas.
  • Personal Laptop and WIFI Connection: Intel i3 (10th Gen) / i5 (8th Gen) or above + stable Wi-Fi. (Mandatory IT check before joining)
  • Fluency: Excellent spoken & written English AND Hindi.
WORK MODEL & SCHEDULE
  • First 40 Days: 100% Work From Office (Paid Training)
  • After Training: 5 Days WFH + 1 Day Office every week
  • Shifts: 9-hour rotational shifts | 6 days working (1 rotational day off)
  • Perk: Free night cab drop on office days for odd-hour shifts
