Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. What You Will Do • Support in Controllership processes, SAP, Automation, Audits (Internal & External). Identify and lead automation and process improvement opportunities within the finance function Support team members in invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Contribute to Statutory Audit and Internal Audit by providing necessary documentation and supporting audit requests Support the Finance Manager in preparing management and financial reports Handle various ad-hoc financial analysis and project requirements from internal stakeholders Perform day-to-day month-end closing tasks Assist the team in writing process notes, identifying potential improvements, and enhancing existing processes to drive efficiency What You Will Learn How financial processes operate within a global manufacturing and engineering organization Practical exposure to statutory and internal audit cycles, including documentation and audit-readiness practices How to identify inefficiencies and design automation/process improvement solutions in a finance environment End-to-end invoice processing and month-end closing operations How to prepare management and financial reports used for business decision-making Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders on financial analysis and projects Qualifications You Must Have • Currently eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI (Chartered Accountancy) Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles. Demonstrated interest or experience in automation and process improvement initiatives Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
