That is what we are building. ## About the Role **Category Associate** Full-time | On-site | Bangalore You'll get the rare opportunity of P&L ownership at an early stage consumer tech startup building the trusted C2C layer India has always needed. No shortage of problems worth solving. Just a business that needs builders — and the room to become one. ## Key Responsibilities - Category performance, end to end — GMV, conversion, operations, and customer experience for your slice of the business. The numbers are yours. - Supply and assortment — build out what's available on the platform through business partnerships, sourcing initiatives, and creative interventions that don't yet exist in a playbook. - Turning market intelligence into strategy — track pricing, competition, demand, and trends, and turn that into category calls that actually move the needle. - Cross-functional execution — work shoulder-to-shoulder with Ops, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Tech to get your initiatives shipped, not just planned. ## Requirements - 1–3 years of experience driving outcomes in growth, product, partnerships, or as a generalist inside a fast-paced startup — you know what it feels like when priorities shift overnight. - Sharp analytical instincts — you're comfortable diving into ambiguous problems with no clean brief and coming out with a clear answer. - Strong commercial sense — you can look at a pile of data and tell us what to actually do about it. - High agency and ownership — you don't wait for a task list; you build one. - Stakeholder management chops — you can align Ops, Marketing, and Tech around a plan and actually get it executed - Data analytical skills — can own a P&L and understands how to move metrics and why they move ## Location & Work Mode The role is full-time and on-site in Bangalore.
