The role involves ensuring accurate product information, optimizing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high-quality catalogs to improve product visibility and sales performance.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Roles & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain product catalogs across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.</li><li>Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other relevant information.</li><li>Ensure product data is accurate, complete, consistent, and up to date across all platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with product, operations, inventory, marketing, and design teams for catalog-related requirements.</li><li>Monitor and resolve catalog errors, listing issues, content discrepancies, and product data mismatches.</li><li>Ensure products are correctly categorized, tagged, and mapped according to marketplace guidelines.</li><li>Optimize product content using relevant keywords to improve product visibility and search rankings.</li><li>Manage bulk uploads, product updates, SKU creation, and catalog maintenance.</li><li>Track product listing status and ensure timely activation of new products.</li><li>Monitor marketplace requirements and ensure catalogs comply with platform policies and guidelines.</li><li>Analyze catalog performance and identify opportunities for improving product content and presentation.</li><li>Maintain proper records and reports related to products, SKUs, listings, and catalog updates.</li><li>Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of catalog-related tasks and targets.</li><li>Identify repetitive catalog issues and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and updated product database.</li></ul>
