Campaign Setup Executive, Weekend Part Time

Milaap is hiring part-time tele-callers to work weekends only, from home. You will call people who have already submitted their details to Milaap asking for help raising funds, understand their requirement, explain how Milaap works, and help them complete their campaign setup on the call.

These are warm leads, not cold calls. Every person you speak to has already reached out to us.

Working Days and Hours

  • Saturday and Sunday only
  • One fixed 4-hour slot per day (8 hours per weekend)
  • Available slots: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, or 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Slot preference can be indicated at the time of interview, subject to availability
  • You must be available for your full assigned slot on both days
Key Responsibilities
  • Call the leads assigned to you at the start of each shift
  • Understand the caller's situation and explain how fundraising on Milaap works
  • Complete the campaign setup process with them on the call
  • Log every call and its outcome accurately in our system
  • Follow up on unreached leads within your shift as per the calling protocol
What We Are Looking For
  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Additional regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi) are a strong advantage
  • Communication: Clear, patient and empathetic phone manner. Many of the people you speak to are dealing with a medical crisis in the family
  • Setup: Own laptop or smartphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space to take calls
  • Commitment: Reliable availability across both weekend days. Consistency matters more to us than experience
  • Experience: Prior tele-calling, customer support or sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Students, homemakers, freshers and anyone looking for a weekend income are welcome to apply.
