Business Development (Sales) - Internship (WFH & Part Time)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Content Creation & Management: Create and post engaging daily content (carousels, graphics, reels/shorts, and copy) across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to educate Indian SMEs and shop owners on business accounting and GST management.
2. Lead Generation & B2B Outreach: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, wholesalers, traders, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and direct outreach to introduce the DAM v2 app.
3.Community & Engagement Handling: Monitor social media channels, respond to user comments/queries, engage with SMB business groups, and build an active online community around small business accounting tips.
4. Market Research & Pitching: Conduct competitor analysis (Vyapar, Khatabook, etc.) to identify target user pain points and test out innovative sales pitches and promotional campaigns.
5. Campaign Performance Tracking: Track daily social media metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, leads generated) and assist in refining marketing strategies based on analytics.

Other Requirements:

  2. 2.Strong spoken & written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  3. 3. Basic hands-on experience with Canva, graphic design, or short-video editing for social media is a strong plus.
