Business Development (Sales) - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify potential customers for IT services and digital solutions.
2. Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, referrals, and other relevant channels.
3. Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with prospective customers.
4. Reach out to prospects through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
5. Understand basic customer requirements and introduce relevant IT services.
6. Follow up with potential customers and maintain professional communication.
7. Schedule meetings, consultations, or demos with qualified prospects.
8. Maintain and regularly update lead and follow-up records.
9. Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements when needed.
10. Work towards assigned lead-generation, meeting, and conversion targets.

Stipend:

INR₹ 2,000 - 8,000 /month

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

  1. • Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  2. • Comfortable speaking with new people, business owners, and potential customers.
  3. • Willing to make cold calls and perform regular follow-ups.
  4. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  5. • Basic understanding of websites, software, mobile applications, e-commerce, or other IT services is preferred.
  6. • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer handling, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
  7. • Students, freshers, and recent graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
  8. • Candidates should have access to a laptop/computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection for remote work.
