Business Development & Growth Manager (WFH)


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Lead funnel & conversion
1. Manage leads from Meta, Google, Instagram, and other channels through HubSpot and ClickUp.
2. Execute structured calling and follow-up processes to ensure no lead is missed.
3. Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot and ClickUp.
4. Prepare and track monthly calling and conversion dashboards against closure targets.

B. Closing & client conversations
1. Present British Curriculum, IB, SAT, AP, and UCAT programs to prospective parents.
2. Understand parent requirements and guide them through the decision-making process.
3. Handle pricing discussions, demo scheduling, and objection handling independently.

C. Market expansion
1. Develop and execute strategies to market tutoring and EdTech services in the Gulf region.
2. Share market insights and conversion trends with the marketing team.
3. Identify and pursue new partnerships and business development opportunities.

D. Retention support
1. Coordinate smooth handovers to the academic and coordination teams after enrollment.
2. Follow up with at-risk or inactive customers to support retention and re-engagement efforts.

  5. 5. Experience in business development, sales, or admissions/enrollment, preferably in education or EdTech.
  6. 6. Strong knowledge of the British Curriculum and IB; familiarity with SAT and UCAT is an added advantage.
  7. 7. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and conversion goals.
  8. 8. Highly organized with accurate CRM management skills.
  9. 9. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  10. 10. Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure.
  11. 11. Experience working with international or Gulf-region clients is preferred.
