Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to client enquiries received through various channels via text or telephonic mode as per requirement
2. Convert client enquiries and generate sales
3. Regularly update the product catalogue by adding new products and removing prohibited, restricted, or unavailable products
4. Complete additional tasks assigned by the company that are consistent with the role
5. Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required by the company
