  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM records, track outreach and follow-ups, manage sales opportunities, and report on pipeline progress.
  • Sales Support: Prepare prospect briefs, opportunity summaries, and service-specific pitches in collaboration with Worxwide’s sales and delivery teams.

The Must-Haves

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or sales within IT services, technology, or consulting.
  • Understanding of the US government contracting ecosystem, with exposure to contractors pursuing government business and their bid/proposal support needs.
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, account research, and CRM-based pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

Ideal Candidate: A business development professional who understands the US IT services and consulting market, can identify government contractors seeking to grow their contract pipeline, and can generate new opportunities for both Worxwide’s bid and proposal services and Salesforce consulting practice.
