We are creating a retail experience where discovery, education, and exceptional customer service come together.<br><br><strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>As the <strong>Business Crew – Fashion</strong>, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Fashion department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, team performance, and operational excellence.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Business & Sales<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Fashion department.</li><li>Improve conversion, average bill value (ABV), units per bill (UPT), and repeat customer engagement.</li><li>Deliver personalized product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and style.</li><li>Identify opportunities to maximize category performance through upselling and cross-selling.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Customer Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deliver a premium, personalized, and consultative shopping experience.</li><li>Understand customer preferences and provide relevant styling and product recommendations.</li><li>Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Build long-term customer relationships through trust, product knowledge, and personalized service.</li><li>Support fashion events, launches, styling activities, and in-store brand activations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Operations & Inventory<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure merchandise is fully stocked, well-presented, and compliant with Broadway merchandising standards.</li><li>Monitor stock availability, replenishment, size availability, and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to minimize stock loss and shrinkage.</li><li>Maintain high standards of store hygiene, organization, and product handling.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Brand & Merchandising<br><br></strong><ul><li>Execute visual merchandising guidelines for the Fashion category.</li><li>Ensure products are displayed as per brand and Broadway standards.</li><li>Support new collection launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and brand activations.</li><li>Partner with brand representatives to improve customer engagement, product knowledge, and category performance.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Reporting & Compliance<br><br></strong><ul><li>Track departmental KPIs and share performance updates with the Department Manager.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, billing processes, and audit requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records related to inventory, damages, customer feedback, and other departmental activities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills & Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Customer-first mindset with consultative selling and styling skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of fashion retail operations and inventory management.</li><li>Good understanding of fashion trends, products, and customer preferences.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making capability.</li><li>High ownership and execution orientation.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in Fashion, Lifestyle, Apparel, Accessories, or Modern Trade.</li><li>Prior experience leading a retail team is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fashion products, styling, trends, and customer preferences is an advantage.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Educational Qualification<br><br></strong><ul><li>Graduate in any discipline.</li><li>Certification or educational background in Fashion, Styling, Merchandising, or related fields will be an added advantage.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like<br><br></strong><ul><li>Consistently achieves sales and productivity targets.</li><li>Builds a knowledgeable, high-performing team.</li><li>Delivers exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Maintains high standards of merchandising, inventory accuracy, and compliance.</li><li>Creates a culture of ownership, learning, and customer obsession on the shop floor.</li></ul>
