As a </span><b><span>Business Analyst III – SAP MM/PP</span></b><span>, you'll contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions to enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Partner with stakeholders across our global organization to analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes, gather requirements, and design and implement scalable SAP Materials Management and Production Planning solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.</span></p><p><span>You'll serve as a functional subject matter expert for SAP MM/PP, working with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective and sustainable solutions. Lead functional activities across the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support, while building strong relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, business stakeholders, and technical teams.</span></p><p><b><span>REQUIREMENTS:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in SAP Materials Management, Production Planning, business analysis, or related enterprise application experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional certifications preferred (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, PMP, CSPO, SAFe)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM/PP configuration and end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong functional knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, material requirements planning (MRP), production planning, production orders, bills of material (BOM), routings, work centers, and related master data</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of integration between SAP MM/PP and other SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance and Controlling (FICO), Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management, and related enterprise applications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience translating complex business requirements into scalable and supportable SAP solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience developing functional specifications and partnering with ABAP developers, integration teams, and other technical resources</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience leading functional activities across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, implementation, and post-go-live stabilization</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience analyzing complex functional and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating solutions across business and technical teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with SAP integrations and interfaces using technologies such as IDocs, file transfers, web services, and APIs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM/PP and transformation, migration, upgrade, or global template initiatives preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate solution alternatives considering business value, system impact, scalability, supportability, and integration dependencies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives and shifting priorities in a results-oriented environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, business, and technical stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to build consensus across organizational boundaries and work effectively with global and cross-functional teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading requirements, solution design, and problem-solving workshops</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience identifying opportunities for process simplification, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing to analysts, support teams, and business users</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
