About SocylBuzz

SocylBuzz is an influencer marketing agency helping brands execute creator-led campaigns across Instagram and other social platforms. We work with a wide network of creators across multiple niches and help brands identify, negotiate with, and execute campaigns with the right creators.

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Outreach Manager who will be responsible for bringing new brands and influencer marketing opportunities to SocylBuzz.

You will own the brand acquisition process — from identifying potential brands and decision-makers to outreach, pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing campaigns.

This is a target-driven sales role and is best suited for someone who is proactive, persuasive, commercially driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build a pipeline of brands that actively invest in influencer marketing.
  • Research brands, marketing teams, founders, agencies, and relevant decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and other relevant channels.
  • Pitch SocylBuzz's influencer marketing services based on the brand's requirements.
  • Understand brand campaign requirements including creator niche, geography, deliverables, budget, timelines, and campaign objectives.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals and campaign plans in coordination with the internal team.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign terms.
  • Close new influencer marketing campaigns and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, and closures in the CRM/sales tracker.
  • Consistently achieve monthly outreach, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor the influencer marketing landscape and identify new opportunities, brands, and categories.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, media sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, creators, influencer marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong cold outreach and follow-up ability.
  • Comfortable speaking with brand managers, marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Ability to research prospects and identify the right person to contact.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Highly target-oriented and comfortable working with sales KPIs.
  • Good understanding of the Indian D2C, consumer, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, FMCG, and other consumer-brand ecosystems is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will primarily be measured through:

  • Qualified brands added to the sales pipeline
  • Outreach volume and response rates
  • Qualified meetings booked
  • Proposals sent
  • Campaigns closed
  • Monthly revenue generated
  • Client acquisition and retention

Compensation
