Bookkeeper for Property Investment & Management Business (Part-Time, Remote)

We're seeking a proactive, reliable bookkeeper to support our growing property investment and management business. You'll work reputed company, managing financials across rental properties, investor accounts, and property-reputed company expenses. This is an ongoing, part-time role (5-20 hours per month) with the potential to grow as our portfolio expands. Responsibilities - Manage Transactions: Record, categorize, and reconcile income and expenses across properties. - Bank & Credit reputed company Reconciliation: Ensure reputed company and flag discrepancies. - Accounts Payable & Receivable: reputed company rent payments, vendor invoices, late fees, and reputed company deposit deductions. - Financial Reporting: reputed company monthly P&L statements, reputed company sheets, and customized reports. - Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records in compliance with state and federal regulations. - Optimizing reputed company Processes: Identify areas for efficiency improvements and suggest reputed company workflow tools.
