Biomedical Engineer/ Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities | -Assist with the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of biomedical and laboratory equipment. | -Attend customer sites for equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. | -Diagnose equipment-related issues and assist in identifying appropriate solutions. | -Provide basic technical training and demonstrations to customers and end users after installation. | -Maintain accurate and up-to-date service reports, installation records, maintenance records, and other technical documentation. | -Coordinate with customers, end users, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. | -Follow up on service requests and ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently. | -Support the senior service team in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. | -Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and other internal teams for smooth installation and servicing of equipment. | -Maintain proper records of equipment installations, service visits, spare parts, and corrective actions. | -Ensure all service activities are carried out professionally and in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer guidelines. | Training & Development | Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided on the equipment, installation procedures, servicing, troubleshooting, and manufacturer-specific technical requirements. | Candidate Requirements | Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering – Mandatory.
