BBA (HR) Executive – Job DescriptionPosition: BBA HR Executive (Human Resources)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented BBA (HR) graduate who wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle and provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and manage interview calendars.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
  • Support HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to joining.

Eligibility

  • BBA (HR) or BBA graduate (Freshers can apply)
