Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Female Barista / Waitress (Any Nationality) to join our luxury yacht hospitality team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, experienced in food and beverage operations, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury maritime environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, juices, mocktails, and other beverages.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all beverage preparations.
  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation area.
  • Welcome guests and provide professional, attentive service.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages according to luxury hospitality standards.
  • Set up and clear dining areas before and after cruises and events.
  • Attend promptly to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist during private events, corporate functions, celebrations, and special occasions onboard.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest areas.
  • Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Female applicants only.
  • Open to all nationalities.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar Barista, Waitress, or Food & Beverage role.
  • Must possess a Food & Beverage (F&B) Certificate of Completion or equivalent hospitality certification.
  • Previous experience in luxury yachts, cruises, hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage.
