Hiring for a leading MNC into Events & Exhibition industry:

Job Title: B2B / B2G Sr. Marketing Manager

Job Location: Delhi (CP)

Key role & responsibilities:
  • Support the Director – Business Development in planning and executing marketing strategies for exhibitions and events.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to improve marketing plans.
  • Assist in planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM) and traditional media.
  • Help manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance to improve future marketing activities.
  • Lead on-site marketing activities during exhibitions and ensure a smooth experience for visitors, buyers, VIPs, media, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales, Projects, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver successful events and campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
  • Follow company processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Government & Public Sector Marketing:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for government departments, ministries, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
  • Create campaigns that align with government priorities and initiatives.
  • Support the sales team with market insights and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with government agencies, ministries, PSUs, and industry associations.
  • Create marketing content such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and policy briefs.
  • Organise and participate in government events, conferences, summits, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with government communication and advertising guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop new marketing ideas.
  • Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in event or exhibition marketing is preferred.
  • Experience working with government or public sector clients is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
