Job Title: Relationship Manager Department: Loans Location: Gurugram B.com/M.com Freshers can apply Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to drive sales of Business Loan products through telesales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer funding requirements, pitching suitable loan products, managing the end-to-end sales process, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Business Loan sales. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and digital channels. Understand customer business and financial requirements to recommend suitable loan products. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements. Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing. Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan disbursal. Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process. Cross-sell other financial products such as Working Capital Loans, Loan Against Property, and MSME finance where applicable. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Achieve monthly sales, disbursal, and productivity targets while maintaining quality standards. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 15 years of experience in Business Loans, SME/MSME Lending, Working Capital Loans, LAP, or Financial Services Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also be considered. Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Business Loan products and lending processes. Customer relationship management. Sales and target orientation. Ability to assess customer eligibility and documentation.
