Autum Apprenticeship

Classic Narrative is a small, independent House engaged in observation, creativity, narrative, and strategy.

At measured intervals, the House extends consideration to a limited number of individuals for temporary inclusion within its internal work. The present Seasonal Apprenticeship continues this practice.

Nature

A short, structured period of intellectual formation.

Conducted privately. At a deliberately limited scale.

Participation is voluntary and unremunerated.

The Apprenticeship does not constitute employment and does not imply continuation.

It is not an internship.

It is proximity to a House in formation.

Context

The House is in its early stage.

There is no public-facing architecture beyond a minimal presence.

It does not yet operate with a public website or broad social media presence (beyond LinkedIn).

Internal systems, structures, and working methods are being formed in real time.

This means:

Work may feel unstructured at times

Processes may evolve during the Apprenticeship

Clarity emerges through participation, not prior definition

This is intentional. The Apprenticeship is designed for individuals who wish to observe, understand and experience the building of a House from first principles.

Structure

Seven Weeks

• Two weeks — observation & study.

• Five weeks — practice & application.

Commitment

Approximately three hours per day.

Five days per week.

Remote.

Periodic reviews are held, as required.

Areas

Engagement may occur across:

Website Development, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design

Social Media Management, Video Editing, Meme Creator

Direction remains internal.

Work

Observe.

Understand.

Interpret.

Think.

Contribute.

The emphasis is on how you think, not just what you produce.

Eligibility

Considered individuals are:

• In the final stages of, or recently completed, formal education

• At an early point of professional formation

• Without significant prior structuring by institutional environments

This is not suited for experienced professionals or those seeking defined roles, compensation, or progression frameworks.

Selection

Volume is intentionally restricted.

Consideration is based not on skill alone, but on alignment in:

• Thinking

• Temperament

• Composure within ambiguity

The House operates on principles of Discretion, Restraint, and Integrity.

What Remains

Exposure to the formation of a House.

Participation within its early structure.

Documentation may be extended in select cases.

Consideration

Requests are reviewed privately.

A small number may be invited forward.

Applications remain limited.

Further detail is not public.

Those who understand the nature of such an environment will not require further clarification.
