Automation Integration Specialist AI/Agent Developer - n8n/Zapier

Korzen Health is looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows that improve business operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations, along with a passion for solving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.

  • Develop AI-powered agents and workflows using OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLMs.

  • Integrate business applications, CRMs, and third-party systems.

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

  • Design workflow logic, routing, and automated processes.

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and document automation solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable automation projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.

  • Experience building AI workflows using OpenAI, Claude, or comparable AI tools.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience integrating multiple business applications.

  • Portfolio of automation projects is preferred.
