Associate Telecaller (Part Time)


About the job:

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to speak with students, generate leads,
schedule counselling sessions, and support admissions. The candidate should have
good communication skills and be comfortable using WhatsApp, email, phone calls,
and basic AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with students via WhatsApp, calls, and email to provide information
on study-abroad and higher education opportunities.
Collect student details, follow up with leads, and assist with their queries.
Strong communication skills with good proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and
telephonic communication required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management systems.
Comfortable using AI tools, quick to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.
