Associate – Member Success & Ecosystem Engagement - Fresher


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Member success & engagement:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with ASPIRE members.
2. Regularly connect with members to understand their business needs and challenges.
3. Ensure every member receives timely support, guidance and relevant information.
4. Drive member satisfaction, engagement and retention through proactive follow-ups.
5. Maintain accurate member records and engagement history in the CRM.

B. Knowledge sharing & communication:
1. Proactively share updates on government policies, MSME schemes, subsidies, incentives, funding opportunities, regulatory changes and industry news.
2. Keep members informed about ASPIRE initiatives, business opportunities, success stories and upcoming activities.
3. Coordinate newsletters, WhatsApp broadcasts, email campaigns and member communications.
4. Gather member feedback and communicate insights to the management team.

C. Ecosystem & service partner coordination:
1. Coordinate with chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates, banks, financial institutions, consultants, technology partners, certification bodies, export experts, energy auditors and other ecosystem partners.
2. Facilitate meaningful interactions between members and service partners.
3. Support the development of strategic collaborations that benefit ASPIRE members.

D. Events & community building:
1. Coordinate webinars, seminars, workshops, networking meets and knowledge sessions.
2. Liaise with speakers, government officials, industry experts and partners.
3. Manage participant communication, registrations and post-event engagement.
4. Encourage active member participation in ASPIRE's initiatives.

E. Membership growth:
1. Support new member onboarding and orientation.
2. Encourage participation in ASPIRE programs and services.
3. Contribute towards membership growth, engagement and retention initiatives.

  4. 4. Relevant internships, volunteer experience, campus leadership roles or certifications will be considered an added advantage.
