You will customize existing HTML/CSS and apply DOM manipulation to improve user engagement and usability, with a primary focus on mobile-first, responsive fixes and creating dynamic survey interactions. </p><br><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><ul> <br> <li><strong>Custom UI Development: </strong>Enhance existing Confirmit survey templates using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript.</li><br> <li><strong>Mobile-First Responsive Design: </strong>Ensure all surveys are fully responsive, functional, and visually optimized across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.</li><br> <li><strong>DOM Manipulation: </strong>Dynamically modify survey elements to improve user interaction and engagement.</li><br> <li><strong>Performance Optimization: </strong>Optimize frontend code for fast loading speeds and smooth user experience.</li><br> <li><strong>Collaboration: </strong>Work with researchers and backend teams to integrate custom frontend logic into survey workflows.</li><br></ul><br><br><p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, and Skills</strong></p><br><br><ul> <br> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Market Research, Statistics, or a related technical field.</li><br> <li>Proven experience in front-end development, specifically applying custom CSS/JS to existing structures.</li><br> <li>Proven experience in designing/fixing mobile-first websites</li><br> <li>Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and native JavaScript.</li><br> <li>Deep understanding of DOM manipulation techniques.</li><br> <li>Experience with survey platforms (Confirmit preferred) is a significant advantage.</li><br> <li>Detail-oriented mindset focused on UX and visual fidelity</li><br></ul><br><br><p>Note: Technical skills may be tested as part of the interview process.</p><br><br><p> </p><br><br><p><strong>About Crisil</strong></p><br><br><p>Crisil is a global, insights-driven analytics company.
