Associate Analyst U1 - UK Verification Process (Non-voice / Non-IT)

We are currently hiring for Associate Analyst - U1 to work with our internal teams here in Noida.

Role: Associate Analyst U1 (Full Time/Permanent)

Location: Sector 62-Noida (UP)

Experience: 0 Months - 1 Year (In any International process (Voice or Non-Voice))

Work Mode: Work from office (5 days)

Shift: UK (11:30 PM Till 9 PM, Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun) Two-way transportation will be provided

Client: UK Based (800 years old - Publishing / Edu tech)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manually verify or monitor responses that the automated digitized marking system is unable to translate within the agreed confidence levels with utmost quality.
  • Qualitative Accuracy agreed to SLA.
  • Quantitative Consistent entry to agreed SLA.
  • Follow guidelines, training and feedback imparted while performing duties in the response verification and/or monitoring process.
  • Maintain and follow data and information security guidelines.
  • Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager as soon as possible to avoid errors or delays in the submission of the work.
  • Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.
  • Pulling of reports to enable the monitoring of systems and users to ensure quality.
  • The review and amendment of key documentation and process maps for future training and audit purposes.
  • Generation and distribution of key performance indicators with global stakeholders

REQUIRED

  • Must have at least minimum 0- 6 months of experience working in any international project and must be able to manage Stakeholders/Clients from US & UK on calls and emails.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills (Both written & Verbal) and must be able to multitask.
  • Attention to detail is mandatory.
  • Good email drafting skills and should have hands-on experience with MS Excel.
  • Need Graduation in any field.
