: We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager– PR & Marketing for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location. Key Responsibilities Promotion of Digital Marketing Plan and execute SNS and web marketing strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X) Strategically develop and implement SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and organic search Develop and manage monthly/weekly content calendars, and oversee day-to-day posting Create and edit content (visuals, videos, and copywriting) Plan and manage paid campaigns, including SNS and search ads Define, track, analyse, and optimise digital KPIs such as CVR, ROI, lead generation, social engagement rate, and campaign-related sales performance Foster engagement with existing and potential consumers (respond to DMs and comments) Execution of Mass Advertising Coordinate with advertising agencies on media planning, placement, and post-campaign reporting and optimization Promotion via BTL (in coordination with Sales) Plan and execute sales-driven promotional campaigns (e.g. merchandising tools, POP materials) Develop and follow up on in-store and retail-oriented promotions Support the planning and rollout of sampling and events Other Duties Collaborate with in-house designers Coordinate with internal PR team members Prepare reports and presentation materials Monitor and share market trends and competitor activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields (Master's preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in SNS management and content development (FMCG or healthcare experience is a plus) Practical knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Robust copywriting skills in English and understanding of brand tone Data-driven marketing capabilities with understanding of KPIs such as CVR and ROI Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software (expert proficiency not required) Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and teamwork
