Position Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Operations Alliance supports the regional outsourced delivery strategy by executing partner onboarding, coordinating contract administration, monitoring service quality, and ensuring day-to-day operational effectiveness of delivery partners.

This role is execution-focused and field-oriented, ensuring delivery partners meet defined service standards.

Job Purpose:

To support the regional outsourced delivery ecosystem by coordinating partner onboarding, tracking operational performance, and ensuring consistent service quality across parcel shop–based and partner-operated last-mile delivery models.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding & Enableme

  • Support identification, documentation, and onboarding of delivery partners.
  • Coordinate training, route familiarization, and system access for new partners.
  • Ensure timely activation of partners for live delivery operations.
Contract Administration
  • Support execution and maintenance of standardized delivery partner contracts.
  • Track contract documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure partners operate within approved commercial and operational terms.
Service Quality & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor daily and periodic partner performance against SLAs.
  • Track delivery failures, customer complaints, and service deviations.
  • Support corrective action plans for underperforming partners.
Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with branch and regional operations teams on volume allocation and delivery planning.
  • Support peak season and surge volume readiness.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues faced by delivery partners.
MIS & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate partner performance data and operational reports.
  • Provide inputs for regional and national performance reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education

  • Essential: Graduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in Logistics or Operations.
Experience:
  • 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery coordination, or vendor/partner management roles.
  • Exposure to courier, express logistics, e-commerce delivery, or franchise-based delivery models preferred.
