US Healthcare | Hospital Billing (UB04)

Omega Healthcare, a leading global healthcare services organization, is seeking experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professionals with strong expertise in US Hospital / Facility Billing and UB04 institutional claims. This role offers an opportunity to work in a structured, qualitydriven environment supporting leading US healthcare clients.

Role Overview The incumbent will be responsible for managing hospital accounts receivable activities with a focus on insurance followups, denial resolution, and timely reimbursement. The role requires strong payer communication skills, indepth knowledge of institutional billing, and adherence to defined quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage endtoend US Hospital / Facility AR processes

Handle UB04 institutional claims, including claim corrections and resubmissions

Perform followups with US insurance payers via outbound calls

Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, underpayments, and LOAs

Ensure accurate documentation of all actions in billing and AR systems

Review payer responses and client communications for claim updates

Escalate complex or unresolved cases to Team Leads appropriately

Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets

Adhere to Omega Healthcare policies, compliance requirements, and client SLAs

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of AR Calling experience in US Healthcare

Proven experience in Hospital / Facility Billing

Strong working knowledge of UB04 claim forms

Handson experience in Denial Management and Appeals

Good understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance plans

Proficiency in insurance calling and AR followup workflows

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a targetdriven, qualityfocused environment

Note: Freshers and candidates with only Claims Adjudication experience are not eligible for this role.

Compensation: Competitive; commensurate with experience and expertise
