Appointment Setter (Voice) - US Healthcare - Night Shift - Remote

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

US-based direct-hire healthcare staffing firm hiring a phone Appointment Setter (voice process). You call a list of US leads we provide - you do not source your own leads - have a focused phone conversation, and book a qualified appointment on our team's calendar. Phone only: this is NOT an email or LinkedIn role, NOT a closing/negotiation role, and NOT a recruiting role. You set the meeting; our US team runs it. Fully remote (work from home), India-based.

We follow US calling rules. All calls are made LIVE by you - no auto-dialer, no pre-recorded or AI voice, no ringless voicemail. If asked whether they are speaking to an automated system, you answer honestly. Calls happen only within the US 9am-8pm local-time window (our fixed night shift covers this).

Required

  • 1.5+ years outbound phone / appointment-setting / voice-process experience, with a personal appointments-set number you can state and defend.
  • Prior US or UK voice-process experience.
  • Clear, neutral-accent spoken English for live US calls (the #1 requirement - there will be a spoken check).
  • Comfortable with high daily dial volume (60-100+ dials/day) and steady rejection.
  • Fixed US night shift, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Mountain hours).

Responsibilities
  • Call the US lead list we provide each day, reach the right person, have a short conversation.
  • Book qualified appointments on our US team's calendar and confirm them so they show up.
  • Log every call outcome honestly in our system.
  • Hit daily dial and weekly appointments-booked targets.
Compensation: OTE approx INR 5.5-8.5 LPA - a competitive fixed base plus a strong per-held-appointment incentive and a US-night-shift allowance. Fully remote, with a growth path to Senior Setter / SDR. Do NOT apply if: your experience is email/LinkedIn/chat only (no live phone); you have only done inbound/support/collections; you cannot state a real appointments-set number; your spoken English is not fluent enough for live US calls; or you cannot work the fixed US night shift.
