As a Technology Systems and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes in the APAC region. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of technology systems in the APAC region, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, device compatibility, and other system functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall streaming experience for customers in the APAC region. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary solutions. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in the streaming industry to provide innovative solutions for our systems. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system processes and procedures for reference and training purposes. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any technical issues. Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on the proper use and troubleshooting of our technology systems. Proactively identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Contribute to the development and implementation of new technology initiatives and projects. Act as a key point of contact for any technical issues or queries from internal teams, external partners, and customers in the APAC region. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any technical issues reported by customers. Work closely with the global technology team to ensure consistency and alignment of systems and processes across all regions.
