Job Description – Analytics & AI Lead (Growth / CLM)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Analytics & AI professional to build the data and intelligence backbone for our Growth & CLM function. This role goes beyond traditional analytics—it combines data science, AI, automation, and business problem-solving to accelerate growth through faster insights and execution.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable working with data, building AI-led workflows, and partnering with business teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end analytics for Growth & CLM initiatives.
Convert Data → Insights → Tracking → Optimizations to drive business growth.
Design dashboards, tracking frameworks, and performance monitoring for key business metrics.
Build AI- and Agentic AI-driven workflows to replace manual MIS and reporting processes.
Leverage Python, LLMs, automation, and AI tools to simplify operations and improve productivity.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and recommend actionable interventions.
Work closely with Product, Business, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
Drive experimentation, measure impact, and continuously optimize business performance.

Preferred Skills
B.Tech/M.Tech from Tier 1 college
4+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, and workflow automation.
Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business actions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fintech, payments, lending, or consumer internet experience is preferred.
