Amazon has announced new job openings for those interested in customer service and support jobs to work remotely. The company is hiring for the post of Virtual Customer Service (VCS) Associate, Telecalling/BPO, and Non IT Technical Support. The company is hiring freshers as well as experienced candidates for the post if they fulfilll the eligibility criteria.

Candidates who have passed 12th standard or are graduates from a recognized board/university can apply. These are full-time, work from home jobs where the employees provide customer and business support only through online systems. Available Positions

Virtual Customer Service Rep

Answer customer inquiries about accounts, orders, deliveries, returns and other services. The emphasis is on accuracy of information and a positive customer experience.

Telecalling / BPO Executive

Speak with customers on the phone, assist with common problems, update customer information, and follow standard call procedures.

Technical Support Associate (Non-IT)

Fixing simple technical issues related to company services or digital platforms. 

What You Will Be Doing

These are your responsibilities depending on the department you are placed in:

  • Answering customer questions on phone or online
  • Answering questions about accounts or services
  • Updating customer data in company systems.
  • Accurate record keeping of customer interactions
  • Providing basic technical guidance where appropriate.
  • Ascend complex issues to senior support teams
  • Completing assigned work in a timely manner
  • Adherence to company policies and quality standards
  • Safeguarding customer information
  • Collaborating with team members to meet service objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12th standard pass from recognized board or bachelor degree from recognized university.
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience can also apply

Compensation & Benefit

Monthly Salary 25,000-35,000 (Based on role, qualification, experience and interview performance). Eligible employees may also be provided with:
