Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester with experience in validating applications, IVR systems, and cloud-based solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in manual and functional testing, defect tracking, and test execution in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Validate IVR call flows and customer interaction journeys.
  • Log and track defects using defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and business teams for issue resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and testing activities.
  • Ensure quality standards and timely delivery.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in manual and functional testing.
  • Experience in API testing and validation.
  • Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience testing IVR or contact center applications.
  • Exposure to automation testing tools.
  • Knowledge of AWS or cloud-based applications.
