We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to the growth of our brands. Responsibilities - Manage product listings and catalog updates on Amazon Seller Central. - Monitor inventory, pricing, and marketplace performance. - Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth marketplace operations. - Track orders, returns, and customer-related issues. - Assist in launching new products and optimizing existing listings. - Generate and maintain reports related to sales and marketplace performance. - Support marketplace growth initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks. - Work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational projects. Requirements - Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central. - Basic knowledge of Walmart Marketplace. - Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a solid advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Good communication skills and willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
