Sellers ask Amazon questions every day about orders, payments, listings, accounts, or their store. Job Responsibility

The work is done via online support channels. You can use email, chat or phone to communicate depending on the business needs.

Your usual duties could include:

  • Answer questions from Amazon sellers.
  • Help sellers understand rules and policies for their accounts and sales.
  • Check order, payment, listing and account problems.
  • You can look at a seller's account before you respond using internal tools.
  • Accurately document all cases in the support system.
  • Refer complex cases to the department concerned.
