Role Description The Airport Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality assistance services to travelers at the airport. This role includes greeting passengers, guiding them through check-in, security, boarding, and arrival processes, and providing clear information on airport procedures and facilities. The Airport Operations Executive will manage service bookings, handle last-minute or emergency support requests and liaise with airline, ground handling, and security staff to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves monitoring service standards, resolving passenger issues promptly and professionally, and maintaining accurate records and reports of daily operations. Qualifications Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to provide courteous, patient, and professional support to travelers. Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (spoken and written), with clear and confident interpersonal skills. Operational and organizational abilities, including coordination, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced airport environment. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to handle unexpected situations, emergencies, and passenger concerns calmly. Comfort with basic computer and mobile applications for booking management, reporting, and communication. Prior experience in airport operations, hospitality, travel, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by airport operations. Relevant diploma or degree in aviation, hospitality, travel management, or a related field is preferred.
