AI Video Prompt Engineer - Fresher


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed prompts for AI video generation tools based on scripts, storyboards, characters, and creative briefs.
2. Convert written scenes into strong visual prompts with clear direction for character look, background, lighting, camera angle, movement, mood, and emotion.
3. Work on AI-generated videos for microdramas, YouTube content, short-form videos, ads, social media creatives, and experimental content.
4. Maintain character consistency across multiple scenes and episodes.
5. Suggest visual improvements to make scenes more cinematic, emotional, and engaging.
6. Work closely with writers, video editors, creative producers, and AI tool operators to produce high-quality video output.
7. Understand the difference between weak prompts and strong prompts, and keep improving prompts based on AI output.
8. Create prompts for different styles such as cinematic realism, semi-anime, fantasy, horror, romance, drama, thriller, and social media content.
9. Review AI-generated outputs and identify what needs to be improved: face, costume, camera movement, lighting, background, emotion, continuity, or scene clarity.
10. Build prompt libraries, character prompt sheets, scene templates, and style guides for repeatable video production.
11. Stay updated with new AI video tools and creative workflows.

  6. 5. Ability to break a script into visual shots.
  7. 6. Strong logical thinking & attention to detail.
  8. 7. Ability to maintain character & style consistency across videos.
  9. 8. Preferred: Basic understanding of video editing, direction, filmmaking, animation, or content production.
  10. 9. Experience with AI tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, Leonardo, ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Luma, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  11. 10. Candidates from mass communication, film production, animation, media studies, advertising, journalism, English, design, or creative writing backgrounds. B.Tech/Technical background is welcome, but this is primarily a creative visual role, not coding.
  12. Preferred:
  13. 1. Basic video editing knowledge & understanding of storytelling.
  14. 2. Knowledge of camera terms like close-up, wide shot, tracking shot, over-the-shoulder shot, slow motion, pan, tilt, zoom, etc.
