Advocacy Operations Associate at Amazon, Hyderabad

Amazon is hiring an Advocacy Operations Associate for its Advocacy Operations team in Hyderabad. The team supports Amazon Flex by handling operational cases that affect the delivery partner experience through real-time monitoring and offline operational work. The position is an L2 associate role. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced operations environment, follow defined processes, communicate with stakeholders and maintain productivity and quality targets. Strong written and verbal communication, organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important for the role. What You'll Do Follow standard operating procedures and manager instructions while maintaining required quality standards. Respond to stakeholder requests within the applicable SOP and SLA requirements. Identify and escalate issues or alerts to managers and relevant stakeholders. Track day-to-day work using trackers or workflow tools. Meet assigned productivity, SLA and quality targets. Suggest process or project improvements when applicable. Manage work plans and timelines while handling multiple priorities. What You Need Bachelor's degree. Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize work, manage timelines and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in spoken, written and read English.
