Adobe InDesign Designer – Investment Fund Presentation Deck (Max 25 Slides)

Project Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber graphic designer specializing in Adobe InDesign to layout, refine, and polish an institutional 25-slide max Investment Fund deck. The copy, financial data, and structural assets are finalized, but we need an expert to transform the materials into a sleek, high-end presentation suitable for Limited Partners (LPs) and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional Visual Polish: Elevate the overall visual tone across 20 slides to match top-tier investment management standards (clean, modern, authoritative).

Data & Table Formatting: Standardize and cleanly format financial tables, performance metrics, track record graphics, and organizational structure charts.

Layout & Typography: Implement clean grid layouts, standardize master pages, paragraph/character styles, footers, and legal disclaimer text.

File Preparation: Deliver fully editable, organized InDesign master files and distribution-ready PDFs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record designing investment fund decks, investor presentations, or financial reports.

Master-level expertise in Adobe InDesign (work must be executed directly in InDesign, not PowerPoint or Canva).

Strong capability in financial data visualization and typography.

High attention to detail regarding margin consistency, alignment, grid systems, and spacing.

Deliverables:

Fully packaged InDesign source file (.indd) with organized layers, linked assets, and fonts.

Screen-optimized PDF (interactive/low file size for email distribution to LPs).

High-resolution Print PDF.
